Are the recordings from your dashcam playing back too fast and appearing to be flushed? If so, you probably have Time lapse mode on. Time lapse is a special recording mode where the dashcam takes one or more photos every second and plays them back later as sped-up video. Turn off the Time lapse option in the menu to see if the recordings are normal after this.

Time lapse is also an option on many dashcams as a recording mode while parking. The dashcam then records normally while driving and in Time lapse when the car is parked. Therefore, check carefully that parking mode is switched off when driving. Perhaps parking mode is accidentally on continuously, in which case there is probably something wrong with the Continuous power supply connection.
