You can use a rear camera for a dashcam to also record behind the car so that a larger area around the car is recorded. A dashcam with rear camera can also come in handy if you often use the dashcam in parking mode to secure your car. Moreover, if your dashcam has an LCD screen, the rear camera can be used as a parking aid. The rear camera is connected to the front dashcam with a long cable provided and both cameras record simultaneously.
