Shipping

Ordered before 11:45 p.m. on business day = shipped the same day

Orders placed before 11:45 p.m. on weekdays are shipped the same day and usually delivered two days later. Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays are delivered on Saturdays. Orders placed after 6pm on Saturdays and orders placed on Sundays will be sent on Monday and will usually be delivered two days later.

Cost

Allcam offers free shipping on orders over €50. For orders of €50 or less that consist of multiple items, if part of the order is returned and the remaining amount is less than €50, we are obliged to deduct €5.95 in shipping costs from the refund.

Not at home?

No problem! If you are not at home the first time, the courier will try to deliver the package to a neighbour. If that is not possible either, he will pick up the package and try again the next time. After two attempts, the package will be delivered to a nearby pick-up address. The courier will leave a note with the details in the letterbox.
