Returning
Not satisfied or ordered the wrong product by mistake? You have 60 days to return your order (or part of it) to us free of charge. After you have registered the return shipment using the link below, you have 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the purchase price including the shipping costs paid when you placed the order as soon as possible – usually within 5 working days and no later than 14 days.
Would you prefer to exchange it? Let us know on the returns form or via customer services and we will contact you as soon as we have received the return.
Please note: if the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
If possible, please use a box no larger than 15*30*30 cm so that it fits easily through our letterbox. Larger parcels may take longer to process.
