The SJCAM SJ6 Pro is one of the best and most advanced Dual screen action cams and dashcams on the market. Its advanced image sensor captures razor-sharp videos in 4K 60fps. This makes the recordings very smooth and perfect for slow motion. The newly developed 6-axis image stabilisation also ensures that images hardly shake or vibrate. The two separate LCD screens allow you to capture the best shots from any position.
The SJCAM SJ6 Pro records videos in the sharpest 4K resolution at 60fps or in FullHD even at 120fps. The high number of fps (frames per second) ensures that the videos are very smooth and therefore particularly suitable for slow motion recording. Of course, the resolution can also be set lower to save space on the SD card.

The SJCAM SJ6 Pro is equipped with two LCD screens. On the 2.0-inch Touchscreen screen on the back, you control the menu super easily. The 1.3-inch screen on the front ensures you can capture the best shots from any different position.
The SJ6 Pro's lens is equipped with a newly developed 6-axis image stabilisation, making this action cam's images exceptionally smooth. Shocks and vibrations are largely counteracted, making the camera perfect for off-road videos or on motorbikes.
Besides the standard shooting modes, the SJ6 Pro also has a motion detection mode. With this feature enabled, the camera will standby and start recording only when a motion is detected in view. This makes the camera ideal for use as security when your car is parked.
Perhaps the biggest advantage of an SJCAM as a dashcam is that it has a rechargeable and removable battery. So - unlike other dashcams - you don't need to connect the camera to power in the car to film with it.
You simply charge the 1000mAh battery via the mains using the USB cable provided. Fully charged, it allows you to record around 100 minutes (70 minutes in 4K 60fps). For more recording capacity, an extra battery and Dual charger are optionally available (see accessories).
The SJCAM SJ6 Pro has various recording options, including Car mode. In this mode, you use the SJ6 Pro as a dashcam where it automatically switches on and off when you connect it with the optional car charger (see accessories). Loop recording needs to be turned on to automatically overwrite the oldest videos for new ones when the SD card is full. If you prefer to use SJCAM without connecting it in the car, you will have to start and stop recording manually.
The SJCAM SJ6 Pro comes very complete with several self-adhesive holders. This makes it easy to attach the camera to the windscreen or dashboard in the car. An optional suction cup holder is available for the windscreen to take the SJ6 Pro out of the car complete with holder.
The SJCAM SJ6 Pro is equipped with Wifi, allowing you to easily control it with your smartphone. Via the SJCAM App for iPhone and Android allows you to change settings and watch and download videos. To connect to the SJCAM, you need to be within range of the camera and Wifi must be activated with the Wifi button. Using the Wifi settings on your phone, you can then connect to the SJCAM's Wifi network.
The SJCAM SJ6 Pro supports Micro SD cards of up to 128gb (not included). This is good for around 6 to 10 hours of 4K 60fps videos. With Loop recording enabled, the oldest footage is automatically overwritten for new ones when the SD card is full. This keeps the camera recording continuously and the last 6-10 hours of videos are always saved (with 128gb card).
The SJCAM SJ6 Pro has a large viewing angle of 165˚, allowing a large area around the camera to be recorded. For Car mode in particular, this is useful so you can capture every situation you see as a driver.
The SJ6 Pro lets you choose from multiple video effects to capture events in different ways. To capture longer events such as a car ride, sunset or construction process, you can use Time lapse where a picture is taken every second and later played back as accelerated video. For fast events, on the other hand, use Slow motion mode to make details more visible.
With the included waterproof casing, it is possible to use the SJ6 Pro up to 30 metres deep. So feel free to take the camera with you while diving or snorkelling.
