The SJCAM A10 is a body cam and dashcam in one. The large built-in 2650mAh battery guarantees up to 6 hours of recording time. So you can charge the SJCAM A10 at home and use it in the car without a power supply. Ideal if you don't want to install cables in your car. It has a 2.0-inch touchscreen LCD screen that makes it easy to operate and it films in sharp QuadHD resolution.
The A10 has a large 2650mAh battery that allows you to record for up to 6 hours on a single charge. Ideal for using it as a dashcam without having to connect it to the power supply in the car. An additional battery and Dual charger can be optionally ordered for even more capacity.
The SJCAM A10 is made easy to operate by the bright 2.0-inch Touchscreen LCD screen on which all recordings and the menu can be viewed.
The SJCAM A10 records at QuadHD resolution in 30fps. The resolution can also be set lower at 1080p, 720p or 460p 30fps.
The SJCAM A10 captures perfect shots at night due to its built-in infrared LEDs. These ensure very sharp low-light images, especially at short distances.
The A10's lens is equipped with a newly developed 6-axis image stabilisation, making this action cam's images exceptionally smooth. Shocks and vibrations are largely counteracted, making the camera perfect for off-road videos or on motorbikes.
The SJCAM A10 has various recording options, including Car mode. In this mode, you use the A10 as a dashcam where it automatically switches on and off when you connect it with the optional car charger (see accessories). Loop recording needs to be turned on to automatically overwrite the oldest videos for new ones when the SD card is full. If you prefer to use SJCAM without connecting it in the car, you will have to start and stop recording manually.
The SJCAM A10 is equipped with Wifi so you can easily control it with your smartphone. Via the SJCAM App for iPhone and Android allows you to change settings and view and download videos. To connect to the SJCAM, you need to be within range of the camera and Wifi must be activated with the Wifi button. Using the Wifi settings on your phone, you can then connect to the SJCAM's Wifi network.
The SJCAM A10 supports Micro SD cards of up to 128gb (not included). This is good for around 6 to 10 hours of 4K 60fps videos. With Loop recording enabled, the oldest footage is automatically overwritten for new ones when the SD card is full. This keeps the camera recording continuously and the last 6-10 hours of videos are always saved (with 128gb card).
The SJCAM A10 has a large viewing angle of 140 degrees, which allows recording a large area around the camera. For Car mode in particular, this is useful so you can capture every situation you see as a driver.
The SJCAM A10 is IP65 waterproof, so it can be used outside in the rain without worry.
