    Description

    The Redtiger F7N Pro is the improved version of the F7N series and is equipped with the updated Sony Starvis 2 sensors. It is a sleekly designed widescreen dashcam suitable for any car. Record all your journeys in the sharpest quality or use it as parking surveillance when you are not around. The F7N Pro comes with a sturdy self-adhesive mount and has built-in GPS to track your speed. You can easily connect to your phone via Wi-Fi, and the waterproof rear camera can be placed anywhere you want.

    Sony Starvis 2 sensor

    The Redtiger F7N Pro captures amazing footage using the latest Sony Starvis 2 image sensors. These super-powerful sensors guarantee the sharpest images and are unmatched, especially in the dark. Videos are recorded in 4K (3840p) resolution at 24fps at the front and FullHD (1080p) 25fps at the rear.

    Full HD rear camera

    The Redtiger F7N Pro dashcam comes standard with a Full HD rear camera. This rear camera is mounted on the inside of the rear window of the car and records in Full HD 1080p at 25fps. The rear camera is connected to the front dashcam with a long cable (6 meters). No additional power supply is required for the camera. The images from both cameras are stored separately on the SD card. A 10-meter extension cable is available as an option.

    Self-adhesive mounting

    This Redtiger F7N Pro dashcam comes with a sturdy self-adhesive mount to attach the camera to the windshield. The camera can be removed from the mount and replaced with a single sliding motion. This makes it easy to remove the dashcam from the car.

    3.18-inch LCD

    Perhaps the best feature of this Redtiger F7N Pro is the clear, widescreen 3.18-inch LCD screen. The screen displays live images and allows you to change settings. You can also easily review recorded videos. The screen can be turned off while driving using a screensaver so that it does not distract you too much while driving.

    Wi-Fi

    The Redtiger F7N Pro is equipped with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi to connect your phone to the dashcam. The Wi-Fi has a range of about 10 meters, and the Redtiger App is available for Android and iPhone phones. You can also easily change settings via the App.

    Automatic parking mode

    The Redtiger F7N Pro has a handy automatic Time Lapse and vibration parking mode to secure the car while parked. In Time Lapse mode, the camera takes a photo every second, which is later played back as a 30fps video. Time lapse recordings are slightly less detailed and therefore take up less data on the SD card.

    The vibration parking mode ensures that in the event of a collision or other vibration, a normal video is recorded. These incidents are therefore recorded in detail.

    Please note: To use the parking mode, connection to the Redtiger permanent power supply is required. The parking mode cannot be switched on or off manually.

    Built-in GPS

    The F7N Pro 4K WiFi GPS dashcam has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on screen and also tracks the coordinates of the locations where the footage was filmed. This allows you to use the included software to see exactly where certain recordings were made.

    Includes 64GB

    This F7N Pro comes with a 64GB Micro SD card, good for approximately 8 hours of 4K + FullHD recordings. It supports Micro SD cards up to 256GB, which can store approximately 32 hours of footage.

    170˚ + 140˚ wide-view lens

    This F7N Pro 4K WiFi GPS has a wide-angle lens of 170 degrees at the front and 140˚ at the rear. This allows a large area around the car to be recorded, ensuring that every situation is captured.

    Optional CPL filter

    Place the optional Redtiger CPL filter on the F7N Pro to prevent harmful and annoying reflections in the image. The filter prevents reflections from the sun and the dashboard, making the videos even sharper.

    Auto start

    The Redtiger F7N Pro dashcam automatically starts recording when the car is started and stops recording when the car is turned off. So you don't have to worry about it when it's in the car.

    G-sensor

    The built-in G-sensor detects when you have had an accident. In the event of an impact, images are automatically saved so that they are not lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.

    Built-in microphone

    The F7N Pro dashcam has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can also be turned off if desired.

    Date and time registration

    The current time and date are always displayed on the screen so that you can later see when the recordings were made.

    Convenient USB cigarette lighter power supply

    This Redtiger dashcam comes with a convenient USB cigarette lighter plug. The plug has an extra USB port so that you can still use the cigarette lighter power supply for other devices.

You can install this dashcam by plugging everything into the cigarette lighter (so it only records when the car is started) or by hardwiring it (so it also records parking incidents). For the car I installed it in, I chose the cigarette lighter because I usually park that car in a garage and when I'm in public, I tend to park far from other vehicles. The dashcam comes with a front and a rear camera, so you have both ends covered. The quality is good. From a distance, of course, you can't distinguish license plates, but as soon as cars come into view, you can distinguish the license plates on the footage. Thanks to the STARVIS sensor, the image quality in low light was good. Nothing was blurred or fuzzy during nighttime drives. I installed the dashcam directly under my rearview mirror and the lens could capture almost everything in front of me. The app functionality works well and viewing the footage is intuitive. I haven't had any issues with missing or choppy footage yet. I plan to eventually hardwire this to the fuse and upgrade the SD card. A 64 GB card is included, but I live in a warm environment and would like to buy one of those Samsung Endurance cards.

However, it works well, just make sure you have it in the right place before sticking it. It's also nice that you can view your data on your phone and that works quite well.
