The Nanocam M93 Pro is the first 5K dashcam. With this very high-quality dashcam, you record everything around your car in crystal-clear quality. The Nanocam M93 Pro is equipped with virtually all possible functions such as a large 4.0-inch touchscreen LCD screen, Wifi and GPS. With the extended parking mode, you can also secure your car while parking and, by supporting 512gb Micro SD cards, you can also store several days' worth of videos.
The Nanocam M93 Pro is the first dashcam with 5K resolution. This dashcam records videos in widescreen 5160p * 2160p. When you connect the rear camera, the resolution is adjusted to 4K + FullHD. You can also set the resolution lower to store more data on the SD card.
The rear camera films at FullHD 30fps resolution and easily connects to the front dashcam. It is connected with a long 6-metre cable and the videos are simultaneously stored on the SD card. With the rear camera connected, the resolution of the front camera is automatically adjusted to FullHD.
Thanks to the high-quality 8.0MP image sensor, images are of the best quality even at night. WDR technology (Wide Dynamic Range) ensures optimal adjustment of contrast and brightness of images.
The Nanocam M93 Pro 5K comes standard with a 64gb Micro SD card so you can start recording right away. The dashcam also supports larger Micro SD cards up to 512gb. The 64gb card supplied can store around 4 hours of video in 4K + FullHD.
In lower FullHD + FullHD resolution and with a 512gb card, you can store up to 54 hours of videos. Loop recording means the oldest footage is always automatically overwritten for new ones, so the camera always continues recording.
The large and bright 4.0-inch touchscreen LCD makes operating the menu and viewing recordings a breeze. The user-friendly menu is available in Dutch and very intuitive. With the adjustable screensaver, you can have the screen turn off after a few minutes of driving or show the speed on screen.
The Nanocam M93 Pro is equipped with Wifi, making it super easy to view live and saved images via your smartphone. Via Wifi, you can log in to the dashcam within range of the dashcam (+/- 5 metres) and control it via your phone. This eliminates the need to remove the SD card from the camera to view images. The Nanocam M93 Pro uses the KaCam App for iOS (Apple) and Android phones and tablets.
The M93 Pro 5K has a built-in GPS receiver. The GPS allows speed to be displayed on screen and keeps track of the coordinates of places filmed. This allows you to later use the supplied software to see exactly where certain shots were taken.
To boost image quality and combat reflections in the image, you can expand the Nanocam M93 Pro with the optional universal CPL filter (see accessories). This filter acts like Polaroid sunglasses for the lens and can be useful in sunny conditions.
The dashcam comes with two self-adhesive holders, ideal for using the dashcam in multiple cars. The sturdy holder ensures that the dashcam stays securely in place and that recordings do not contain unnecessary vibrations. The holder is mounted on the windscreen with a 3M sticker and the dashcam is clicked into the holder. The camera is rotatable in all directions to position it properly.
The M93 Pro 5K dashcam features a convenient automatic parking mode with four options:
Time lapse (1fps): The camera films continuously at 1fps Time lapse, including with any rear camera. In this mode, the camera takes a picture every second, which is later played back as an accelerated video. Time lapse is an economical recording mode which means the dashcam does not consume too much power and data. Therefore, up to 30 times more videos can be stored on the SD card.
Motion detection: The camera turns off when you turn off the car ignition and goes into standby mode until a vibration is detected by the G-sensor. In that case, a normal 1-minute recording is started.
Vibration detection: The dashcam turns off with the ignition and when a vibration is detected, the camera turns on and starts a short 1-minute recording.
Normal recording: The dashcam continues recording as normal when the car ignition is turned off.
* The automatic parking mode of the M93 Pro 5K only works in combination with the optionally available Nanocam NH03 hardwire kit and cannot be switched on and off manually. In combination with the hardwire kit, the camera automatically goes into parking mode when the car ignition is switched off and normal recording starts when you start the car again. So you don't have to worry about it after installation.
With loop recording, all recordings are saved in shorter fragments of 5 minutes. As soon as the SD card is full, the oldest videos are automatically deleted and overwritten for new recordings. As a result, the last rides are always stored on the SD card. When a tilling occurs, the current file will be protected so it cannot be overwritten.
This M93 Pro 5K has a 150˚ wide-angle lens at the front and 150˚ at the back. This captures a very large area around the car.
The Nanocam M93 Pro 5K dashcam automatically starts filming as soon as power is applied to the power supply. So simply connect it with the car charger and you have nothing else to worry about. If your car supplies permanent power via the cigarette power supply, it is wiser to use the hardwire kit to save the car battery.
With its built-in G-sensor, the dashcam records collisions or violent vibrations. In the event of an impact, images are automatically saved securely so they are no longer lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.
The Nanocam M93 Pro 5K has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can be easily switched on and off at the touch of a button.
The date, time and licence plate number can be displayed at the bottom of each video. This way, you can later clearly see where, when and with which vehicle recordings were made.
This M93 Pro dashcam comes with a handy dual USB cigarette plug and separate 3.5-metre cable. This leaves you with an extra USB port for charging your phone.
Note: When connecting to an existing USB port in the car, this USB port must supply at least 2.5A. With lower output, the dashcam will not function or will function poorly.
