The Innovv K6 is the latest dashcam model from Innovv. This super compact dual dashcam can easily be placed anywhere on your bike. With its unobtrusive ‘bullet’ design, it is barely noticeable and super easy to install. It films in very sharp 2K QuadHD resolution at the front and FullHD at the back. Furthermore, it is equipped with Wifi so you can easily watch videos via your phone.
This Innovv K6 films in razor-sharp 2K resolution on the front and FullHD on the back. Even in the dark, the Innovv K6 captures very sharp footage for using the special Sony Starvis image sensors.
The Innovv K6 works just like an in-car dashcam: videos are stored on a Micro SD card (not included). When the SD card is full, it automatically overwrites the oldest footage to make room for new recordings. So the camera keeps recording all the time so you don't have to worry about it.
The cameras are IP67 waterproof, which means they can withstand the most extreme weather conditions. So even in the rain, you can continue recording. The connection to the battery pack or USB port is not waterproof, so it is better to store it or shield it.
The Innovv K6 is equipped with Wifi, making it easy to view and share footage on your smartphone. Of course, you can also remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into your PC to view the images.
The Innovv K6 is equipped with a convenient automatic parking mode. In this parking mode, the camera records a 1-minute video when a vibration is detected, for example when someone bumps into the motorbike. The parking mode is activated only when the battery voltage is 12.5V or higher to protect the battery from being drained.
You connect the Innovv K6 to the motorbike battery through the supplied 3-wire converter. The red should be connected to a constant plus (which always stays on) and the yellow to a switched plus (which turns on and off with the ignition). Through the yellow cable, the dashcam senses when you start the engine so the dashcam automatically turns on and off and can activate parking mode.
Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the dashcam notices when you have had an unexpected collision. Upon impact, images are automatically saved securely so they are no longer lost. They can no longer be overwritten due to automatic Loop recording.
The cameras on the Innovv K6 have a wide viewing angle that captures a large area around you. The front camera films with a 140-degree angle and the one at the back with 120 degrees.
The camera supports Micro SD cards up to 256gb, which is good for around 30 hours of FullHD recording. SD cards of 64gb, 128gb or 256gb must be formatted in the camera before use. This can easily be done via the app.
