The AZDome M770 Pro 3CH is the successor and improved version of the popular AZDome M550 Pro. This 3-channel 3CH version comes with an interior camera that films the interior of the car. The image sensor has been improved, making recordings in the dark even better. In addition, this M770 Pro comes with a waterproof rear camera so that it can also be mounted outside.
The included interior camera records an even larger area in and around the car. The interior camera clicks onto the side of the front camera and can be positioned in the right direction. It films the interior of the car and also a large part of the exterior. The extra interior camera is therefore also ideal as extra security for parking mode.
The M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb is equipped with the latest 8.0MP image sensor that guarantees the sharpest Ultra 4K videos. It films with a resolution of 3840p*2160p at 25fps. The HDR technology guarantees perfect image quality in all weather conditions. The dashcam can also take photos in 18M pixels.
The included rear camera and interior cameras are equipped with a FullHD (1080p) image sensor so that everything that happens in and around the car is recorded in the best quality. Licences plates and people are therefore always recognisable on the screen, even in the dark.
Another unique feature of this M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb is the bright and large 3.0 inch LCD widescreen. The screen displays what the camera is recording and with one push of a button you can enter the menu or take a photo. You can also start and stop recording or turn the microphone on or off. The menu interface is very user-friendly, making changing settings a piece of cake.
This M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb comes standard with a waterproof FullHD rear camera that can be mounted both indoors and outdoors. The rear camera is connected to the front camera via an included 6-metre cable (10-metre extension cable available as an option, see accessories). The cameras record simultaneously and the images are stored separately on the SD card. The image from the rear camera is shown on the LCD screen via PiP (Picture in Picture) and with one push of a button, the rear camera can also be shown in large format.
The M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb is equipped with wifi, allowing all images to be easily viewed via a smartphone. The Wifi has a range of about 10 metres. The AZDome App is available for iOS (Apple) and Android phones and tablets. The images can be viewed and downloaded via the app, so the SD card no longer needs to be removed from the camera.
The M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on screen and also keeps track of the coordinates of the locations where the footage was filmed. This allows you to use the included software to see exactly where certain shots were made.
To improve the image quality and reduce reflections in the image, you can expand the dashcam with the optional universal CPL filter (see accessories). This filter acts as a kind of Polaroid sunglasses for the lens and can be useful in sunny conditions.
The M770 Pro comes with two adhesive holders so that the dashcam can be used in two cars. The holder is a thin plastic clip with an adhesive sticker that the dashcam can easily slide in and out of. A few static sheets are also included, which can be attached to the window before placing the holder on the window. The dashcam can then easily be removed from the window without leaving streaks.
The M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb dashboard camera has a handy automatic parking mode. The parking mode has two options:
Time lapse: The camera films continuously with Time lapse in 720p 1fps, also with the rear camera if present.
Vibration: The camera records a one-minute video when it detects vibration.
* The automatic parking mode of the M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb only works in combination with the optional AZDome JYX05 or OBD USB-C hardwire kit and cannot be turned on and off manually. In combination with the hardwire kit, the camera will automatically switch to parking mode when the car's ignition is switched off and will start recording normally when you start the car again. This makes the M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb ideal for use as car security.
The M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb is equipped with loop recording. This means that the camera will continue filming even when the SD card is full. The oldest fragments on the SD card will then be deleted and automatically overwritten by new images. You can set the length of the fragments to 3, 5 or 10 minutes. The loop recording can also be turned off, in which case the camera will make one long recording. Note that the camera will stop filming if the SD card is full.
The AZDome M770 Pro 3CH 4K comes standard with a 64GB Micro SD card so you can start recording right away. The AZDome M770 Pro also supports larger Micro SD cards up to 256GB. The included 64GB card can store about 10 hours of 3CH videos in 4K.
Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, the camera is able to generate sharp images in both very high and very low light intensities. This allows the camera to record razor-sharp images both during the day in bright light and at night in low light.
This M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb has a wide-angle lens of 170˚ at the front and 140˚ at the back and inside. This allows for a very large area around the car to be observed.
The AZDome M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb dashcam automatically starts filming when the car is started. This means you no longer have to keep an eye on it when it is in the car. This does require that it be connected to the cigarette lighter power supply in the car. If you use the optional hardwire kit, the camera will automatically switch in and out of parking mode.
The built-in G-sensor allows the dashcam to recognise when you have had an accident. In the event of an impact, images are automatically saved so they cannot be lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.
The AZDome M770 Pro 3CH 4K 64gb has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can be easily switched on and off with one press of the screen.
The date, time and licence plate can be displayed at the bottom of each video so that it can be shown later when and with which vehicle certain recordings were made. This can be of decisive importance when assessing situations and determining the question of guilt for the police and/or insurance company.
This AZDome dashcam comes with a handy 3-metre USB cigarette lighter charger with an extra USB port. The other USB port can be used to charge other devices such as your mobile phone.
