The AZDome M560 3CH 4K is the successor to the popular AZDome M550 3CH 4K. A feature of this dashcam series is its comprehensive three-camera system. The front and rear camera monitor the road and the interior camera films driver and occupants. The AZDome M560 is therefore ideally suited for taxis or driving schools. The M560 also records in the sharpest 4K resolution and it is equipped with Wifi and GPS.
The M560 3CH 4K 64gb is equipped with the latest 8.0MP image sensor that guarantees the sharpest Ultra 4K videos. It films at a resolution of 3840p*2160p) at 25fps, but you can also let it record at FullHD 60fps. HDR technology ensures perfect image quality in all weather conditions. The dashcam can also take photos in 18M pixels.
The rear camera is equipped with a FullHD (1080p) image sensor, so everything happening behind the car is captured in the best quality. So license plates and people are always recognisable in the image, even in the dark. The interior camera also films in FullHD 1080p resolution. When both cameras are used, the M560 films in QuadHD 1440p + 2x FullHD 1080p.
Another unique feature of this M560 3CH 4K 128gb is its bright and large 4.0-inch touchscreen LCD screen. The screen shows what the camera is recording and a single press of a button can be used to enter the menu or take a picture. Recording can also be started and stopped or the microphone switched on or off. The menu interface is very user-friendly, making changing settings a breeze.
This M560 3CH 4K 128gb comes standard with a FullHD rear camera that can be mounted on the rear window. The rear camera is connected to the front camera via an included 6-metre cable. The cameras record simultaneously and the images are stored separately on the internal eMMC memory. The image from the rear camera is displayed via PiP (Picture in Picture) on the touchscreen LCD screen, and at the touch of a button, the rear camera can also be displayed large in picture.
The M560 3CH 4K 128gb is equipped with Wifi and therefore all images can be easily viewed via smartphone. The Wifi has a range of around 10 metres. The AZDome App is available for iOS (Apple) and Android phones and tablets. Via the app, images can be viewed and downloaded, eliminating the need to remove the SD card from the camera.
The M560 3CH 4K 64gb has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on screen and also keeps track of the coordinates of the places filmed. This allows you to later use the supplied software to see exactly where certain recordings were made.
The M560 3CH 4K 128gb comes standard with both a suction cup and a self-adhesive mount. Both mounts ensure that the dashcam stays securely in place and that recordings do not contain unnecessary vibrations. The holders are either suction cup or 3M sticker-mounted to the windscreen and the dashcam is clicked into the holder. The lens is rotatable in all directions so it can always be set in the right position. The camera comes with several self-adhesive 3M stickers and removable static pads. By placing these in front of the holders on the windscreen, you can remove the entire holder without leaving any streaks or scratches.
The M560 3CH 4K 128gb dashboard camera features a convenient automatic parking mode. The parking mode features three options:
Time lapse only: The camera continuously films Time lapse in 720p 1fps, including any rear camera and interior camera.
Motion only: The camera is in standby mode (is on but not recording). When motion is detected, a normal 1-minute recording is started. This function only works for the front camera.
Off: The camera simply continues filming at the set resolution. Parking mode is not enabled.
* The automatic parking mode of the M560 3CH 4K 128gb only works in combination with the optionally available AZDome JYX05 or OBD hardwire kit and cannot be switched on and off manually. In combination with the hardwire kit, the camera automatically goes into parking mode when the car ignition is turned off and normal recording starts when you start the car again. So it's ideal to use this M560 3CH 4K 128gb for car security.
The M560 3CH 4K 128gb is equipped with loop recording. This means that the camera just keeps on filming when the SD card is full. The oldest fragments stored in memory are then deleted and automatically overwritten for new footage. The length of the clips can be set to 3, 5 or 10 minutes. Loop recording can also be turned off, in which case the camera takes one long picture. Note that in doing so, the camera stops filming if the memory becomes full.
Unique to this AZDome M560 3CH 4K is the durable and innovative internal 128gb eMMC memory. eMMC (Embedded Multimedia Card) is a new way of file storage where the memory is embedded in the device. Because of eMMC, an external SD card is no longer needed and eMMC is also a lot more durable than regular SD cards. According to AZDome, by using eMMC in this M560, its lifespan is about 10 times longer than using regular SD cards.
HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology enables the camera to generate sharp images at very high as well as very low light intensity. As a result, the camera captures razor-sharp images in bright daytime and low light at night.
This M560 3CH 4K 128gb has a 170˚ wide-angle lens on the front and 140˚ on the back and inside. As a result, a very large area is observed.
The AZDome M560 3CH 4K 128gb dashcam starts filming automatically when the car is started. So you no longer need to look at it when it is hanging in the car. The condition for this is that it is connected to the power supply in the car using the cigarette power supply. If you use the optional Hardwire kit, the camera will automatically switch in and out of parking mode.
Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the dashcam notices when you have had an accident. Upon impact, images are automatically saved securely so they are no longer lost. They can no longer be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.
The AZDome M560 3CH 4K 128gb has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can be easily switched on and off with a single touch of the screen.
The date, time and licence plate number can be displayed at the bottom of each video to later show when and with which vehicle certain recordings were made. This can be decisive when assessing situations and determining guilt for police and/or insurance.
This AZDome dashcam comes with a handy 3-metre USB cigarette power supply with extra USB port. The other USB port can be used for charging other devices such as your mobile phone.
