Handy OBD2 hardwire kit to permanently power almost any dashcam, even when the ignition is switched off. This simple ‘Plug&Play’ power supply simply connects to your car's OBD port.
Attention: This OBD2 power supply works as a 2-wire continuous power supply which means that no signal can be transmitted to the dashcam when the ignition is switched off. On dashcams with automatic parking mode that works by means of a signal from the Continuous power supply, the parking mode will therefore not work with this OBD power supply.
Mini + Micro USB
This OBD2 Hardwire kit has a right-angled Mini USB plug but comes with an extra straight Micro USB adapter. This allows the OBD2 power supply to be used with almost any dashcam.
Battery protection
The OBD2 power supply has a built-in module that ensures that filming with the dashcam does not drain the car's battery. When the battery voltage drops below 11.6V (or 23.6V for 24V vehicles), the power is cut off.
