LUKAS/Qvia Tamper proof case for the LUKAS V790 1CH and 2CH and Qvia AR790 1CH and 2CH. The Tamper proof case is a kind of shield for the dashcam making adjustment, access and theft virtually impossible. The Tamper proof case is therefore perfect for use with a fleet of drivers.
The Tamper proof case prevents or protects against the following actions:
- Rotating or positioning the camera.
- Switching the dashcam on and off.
- Accessing the SD card.
- Disconnecting the power supply or cable for rear camera.
- Turning on Wifi (to avoid formatting SD card and deleting files).
The Tamper proof case comes with 2 sets of screws and special star-shaped screwdriver.
Note: Before mounting the Tamper proof case, check carefully that the dashcam is properly positioned and that the On-Off switch is in the correct position. This cannot be adjusted after mounting without unscrewing the case.
