AZDome VGA rear camera to extend the AZDome GS63H and M02 with reversing camera. This camera also fits other dashcams with 2.5mm AV-in socket.
Please note: On the AZDome GS63H, this rear camera only works when the Aux input on top of the dashcam shows ‘AV IN’. If it says ‘TV OUT’, the dashcam does not support a rear camera.
480p and IP68 waterproof
By adding this second external camera to the GS63H, you can also record behind the car. The second VGA camera films at 480p and is IP68 waterproof, allowing it to be mounted on the bumper but also on the rear window. When connected, the GS63H front camera films at 1080p 60fps and the rear camera at VGA (480p) 30fps. The rear camera is connected to the front camera with a long 6-metre cable (included).
The image of the rear camera is recorded in mirror image so that it is the same as the image of the interior mirror. If desired, the images can later be reversed with any video player.
High-brightness LEDs
The rear camera is additionally equipped with 4 High-Brightness LEDs. When the extra cabling of the rear camera is connected to the reversing light, the LEDs will light up when you put the car in reverse gear. Of course, the connection can also be omitted.
